Any experience with American Modern's claim services?

I am in AZ and have had them for about one year. Every time I need agent support the waiting is long but eventually they answer the questions, does anyone know how reliable their claim services are especially with their landlord products?

Never had an issue with them when writing for Allstate

I haven't experienced any claim problems and have been placing business with them for 12-15 years. Mostly DP1 accounts though.
