Sure, all time. That's how I get all my business.
By "buy leads" I assume you mean ask for referrals using a carefully designed system to reach out to the friends, family, neighbors and connections that people have along with asking them who they already told about my awesome service.
To actually purchase leads is of course far more expensive, more work, and with a lower close rate. I instead used a fraction of that time and money creating a referral system and network that provides me literally more referrals than I can handle.
