I am working on getting into the insurance/financial field and have narrowed my opportunities down to two companies.
One is Country Financial which appear to be a good fit for someone who wants to learn the business, they have multiple streams - IE P&C, L&D as well as retirements etc and pay a Salary for up to the first 3 to 5 years (plus First year Commissions) until the renewal base exceeds the salary etc. This is definitely something I have not seen anywhere else and will help keep me afloat in the early stages.
Does anyone have any recent feedback on Country Financial? I have read all the post I can find but there is not much post 2009.
The other company I am considering in Mass Mutual Financial Group which I feel is a great company with great products - however I don't know If I have enough savings to last until I get some momentum going.
I read and appreciate all responses - thank you
