Any Suggestions for a Good Cluster in Georgia?

I've recently obtained my Georgia P & C license and I'm wanting to open an independent agency. I don't have my own book of business but do have about 5 yrs experience working in insurance agency. I know getting appointed when your just starting is difficult and wanted to see if anyone could point me in the right direction. Any information you can give will be greatly appreciated!
