I need to fax in a GR app and being its Golden Rule the Broker Service number is busy all day. Does anyone have the number?

When you fax in to GR make sure you follow up.
Last I checked they were getting something like 1000+ faxes a day.

HIPAA apps have to be on paper. I think adding dependents does too.

yes especially when they almost 100% use some kind of fax to email program, they aint foolin no one..

Faxing is not secure. Can't believe carriers agree to faxed apps. Encrypted e-app or encrypted email is secure and HIPAA compliant, but not faxing.

I might do half a dozen paper apps a year but that may change as I transition into Medicare.
