I've been under JSA for 4 years. They are great. No problems at all.

Not sure but I think I need to go through the MGA Nichols rather than direct with JSA.

JSA is awesome. Been contracted with them for over four years. Don't know anything about Nichols except they sent me a mailpiece advertisement that had a fake address on it that does not exist. Might have been a misprint but it doesn't speak well for whoever does their advertising, when they get the street number wrong.
