Anyone using Zywave, more importantly the broker toolbox. Has it been worth the investment? What are all of the capabilities?
I have looked at it on thier website but before I call for a demo and before I start getting bombarted with calls from the salespeson how much does it cost?

It's about $15,000 a year plus a $3,500 set up and training fee. Then they want a 4 year contract.

Worth every penny, imho. Have used it for a few years and definitely get our money's worth.

Sam, if you recommend it, I better go take another look at it. But that is a lot of money. But you got to spend money to make money.

Sam,
Would you mind giving me your email or phone #? We have had Zywave for a few months and I have a few questions for you. Thanks!

The price has to do with which package of programs you use, and how many users you have. We pay about 23k per year in total for the broker briefcase and mywave elements.

It helps raise an exit barrier for your current group clients and it helps in every element of the prospecting process.

We have earned enough new business where this was the differentiator that it is a no brainer to keep around.

The group market is extremely commoditized and we need every advantage we can get.

How many users do you have? We are a 3 man shop

Check out FutureOffice Network on Google. Great customer service, great technology and market exclusivity.

I'll pass on that one!

Where do they get these numbers from???

Hi. I actually am a rep from Zywave. I was researching articles and ran across this. Just thought you should know that our price is scalable and not one-size-fits-all. It is based on what makes sense for your agency and also how many people will be using it as well as how long your contact term is. For that reason it is highly variable. It does make sense to see a demo, decide what is right or of interest for your agency and then approach pricing. Hope that helps!
