I started giving my appt setter 'surprise' bonuses. That definitely helps with loyalty.

Come on man! I thought a Christmas bonus was good enough. Now I'm going to have to start giving her random surprise bonuses LOL.

And take into account what agent 5 said. He ran thru several before he found one that wasn't horrible.Thats saying a lot as this appt setter has an allegiance to agent 5.If another agent used her she wouldn't do nearly as good a job for them as her main priority is taking care of Doug and I don't blame them. It shows how hard it is to find a setter who won't burn thru your leads.

She calls for more agents than Doug already and has for a while. They are happy with her too.
