That all sounds good but the reality is for any agent to be successfull using an appt setter he'll also have to door knock his leads hard a few days a week . I use probably one of the best phillipino appt setters around and the conversion rate leads to set appts is maybe 20% this time of yr max . Appt setters should only be used if you're getting 30 plus leads a week . Otherwise use call yourself/doorknock combo. Also as far as paying them i highly recommend a small per hr like $5-$7 an hr and $5 an appointment . With me that's come about to about $15 an appt which for a Phillipino is big money . Top Phillipino caller can make $500-$700 a week calling 6-7 days a week which is like $3-$4k a week in the us . So there very motivated

I run my biz very different than yours and handle everything personally but have been considering getting back into the FE game part time as my MA & ACA renewals are finally reaching a non poverty income levels lol.

Id not be focusing much on aca . That will be hit very hard in 2026 as subsidies crumble . Yes I use appt setter for Medicare during aep . As I said you need a lot of leads or it's waste of time as contact rate has been very low with mass calling saturation
