Does anyone on here know if you can get your insurance license in ARIZONA with a 2nd degree burglary on your record?

You know, I really dont know the answer to that, but I am pretty sure no company would hire you......I know I wouldnt

well its one of my personal friends that wants to be a producer for me. So he wouldn't need direct appointment. but still that is a concern.

I tried to find it on there and I couldn't. Thank you for wasting your time posting this instead of posting an answer. Also, everything on here is also SOMEWHERE on google. but the information is sometimes unreliable and I trust people on here.

how do you, as an agent, trust someone with a record like this, with vital info from people, names, addresses, birthdates, some cases social numbers, credit card numbers, checking info.......

Not saying he will, but if he does, YOU are liable for what he does.......

Again, NOT in MY agency......

But about the license, I honestly dont remember, probaly cause I didnt care, but I "think" it is OK as long as it isnt a Felony?

But I could be wrong...

me personaly, wouldnt take this chance....

Since you got your panties in such a wad, I clicked on the link to see if it was "unfindable". Took me a whole 18 seconds and clicking on like two links to find:

20-295.
License denial, suspension or revocation; civil penalty
6. Having been convicted of a felony.

Coincidentally, I own some oceanfront property there in Arizona that I'd like to talk to you about. PM me your number...

Usually there is a timeframe on that though, i.e., last year vs 20 years ago. It's too bad the guy made those decisions.

I have a telemarketer that used to work for me that had some legal problems in the past and I really wanted to get him licensed, but that wasn't in the cards. It's a shame, because the guy was awesome.
