ASAP specifically said they generate their own leads which land on ASAP quotes. This company is not doing as they say they are and they are flat out committing fraud.
They are buying and reselling leads from other lead companies, do they think we will not catch this?
ASAP will tell you customers go to multiple sites, which is true at times - but I have seen enough to know this is not the case with ASAP - this is down right fraud and deception to their agent lead buyers.
I am not going to settle for some canned answer from ASAP management either.

This is a tough one. I don't have the website know-how like Tx or ASAP to delve into this. But for what it's worth...here is some additional information:
1. Do you EVER use affiliates or share affiliates with other lead companies?
[FONT='Calibri', 'sans-serif']Answer: We have used affiliates in the past. [/FONT][FONT='Calibri', 'sans-serif']ASAPquotes.com is our main website to generate leads, but we do use other websites that drive leads via PayPerClick and organic search. All these partners agree to provide us with visibility as far as keywords they are utilizing to drive these leads so we monitor and maintain quality. We are a small company and we pay high costs to generate our leads through PPC and NEVER incentivizing leads with free iPods, etc. We[/FONT][FONT='Calibri', 'sans-serif']'[/FONT][FONT='Calibri', 'sans-serif']ve grown to where we are because we ONLY sell PPC and organic leads and that is what we are going to 100% continue doing.[/FONT]
2. Do ALL consumers go to ASAPquotes.com? If not...where else do they go?
[FONT='Calibri', 'sans-serif']Answer: This ties in with questions 1 and 3. Our lead generation team uses ASAP Quotes as our main website to generate traffic, but we do use some other websites. Our lead generation team stays on top of this and controls the key phrases we optimize and websites we produce leads though. [/FONT]
3.What is your relationship to gohealth.com? Please explain in detail.
[FONT='Calibri', 'sans-serif']Answer: GoHealth is the top ranked website for PPC and Organic traffic. I know we had approached them because they have the highest rankings with PPC and Organic searches and some of our traffic may be generated from that page but it is closely monitored by our lead generation team to be 100% PPC and Organic searched leads ONLY so our quality is never diminished and that is the only lead we will ever provide agents with.[/FONT]
4. Are ANY of my leads ever called on the phone by an automatic system?
[FONT='Calibri', 'sans-serif']Answer: Some of your leads may be called by an automated system. This is one way we validate a % of our leads. If we are producing leads that have a high % of bad or disconnected phone numbers we would like to know this first hand. We also use other 3rd party tools to help validate leads. We do know that no system catches 100% of all invalid data but our goal is to weed out what we can. [/FONT]
5. Are any of my leads EVER shown instant quotes (from your site(s) before I talk to them?

Agreed on the affiliate thing. Which is it?
Quite a few things aren't adding up.
From past experience with other vendors, the easiest ones to get credit for bum leads are the ones that generate most (all) of their leads from affiliates. The affiliate does not get paid on leads that are credited.
If you don't use affiliates then you have hard costs in generating the leads. Google won't give you a PPC credit if the lead doesn't pan out, so you have to get stingy on the credits, charge a higher rate for leads, or both.
The pricing from ASAP is in the mid-range. Not too high, not low, just mediocre.
While I have been relatively pleased with them, I have wondered how they are able to fill my pipeline so quickly just based on organic searches. They are also relatively quick & easy on the credits.
Just doesn't add up.

However, we work with a select amount of partners with extremely tight contracts where we are allowed to see how/where leads are generated to ensure we are providing our agents with the highest quality leads as always.[/FONT]

There is no doubt in my mind they know they are reselling other vendors leads, which has all but been admitted at this point as well.
