Any business written prior to 2022 fell under your agent writing number. In January 2022 they changed to using your NPN number. All of my business that was written under my agent number has become a house account. They never transferred the business to my NPN. Now I have to spend the next two hours pulling files and completing an audit request form. I don't think I am the only one with this issue.
