Want to get some advice on how I can install a auto quotation system to implement to a website I'm thinking of making at the moment. I'm a P&C advisor myself in Ontario Canada, and I'm planning to make a quotation website with a little twist to it.
I tried to do some research on forums, Google but can't seem to find a solution where:
1) clients fill out a general auto insurance questionnaire with their postal code location
2) Based on the questionnaire, it will then pull brokers/companies with generated premiums.
I was told the only way to have this time of function is to contact insurance company who is willing to provide API, where it links to their database. Besides this type of method, have you guys tried any other methods?
Please let me know your thoughts!
