Background Issue...?

I am not looking to start an agency as i'm sure i don't have the resources NOR experience to do that.

Just looking for some straight answers to my question regarding getting a job with my background.

Basically it will come down to are you hire-able. Ignoring this, would an employer otherwise want to hire you.

If i was an employer...would i want someone who can

-make money for his company
-has a good attitude
-is a team player and supporter
-shows up...and keeps his word

I have interviewed many people, they brag about their production until I ask them one simple phrase......YOU NEED TO PROVE IT.

How do you prove production in a field where you are just getting lic. in?

Start with production reports for your life and health business.

Are you suggesting that an agency doesn't have its own in-house leads?

Does a New Agent...have to go out and get business 100 percent of the time?

Do the larger agencies (state farm, allstate) generate enough business to sustain the agents....or are agents expected to generate business for themselves?

I don't know...but my thinking is...They need an Educated Agent...who is licensed to sell products.

Am i correct?
