FYI - Ghengis Grill (if you have one near you) is very Keto-Friendly. Added cabbage to their base options of rice and noodles. Also added bacon to their meat selection.

Again, if your have one near you, this is a must for bacon/Keto devotees.

Speaking of the nectar from heaven (sweet baby ray's) - they do have a Creamy Buffalo Wing sauce <--Link that I've been using as a decent replacement for BBQ sauce. Low on carbs.

It's pretty good!

I'll have to check it out. I miss BBQ sauce, and I almost always bought Sweet Baby Ray's.

I use G. Hughes's sugar free BBQ sauce and it is excellent, and it does not spike by blood sugar.
