Hi Everyone,
I have a client that will be leasing a space to hold a banquet hall business in. She will be renting out the space for receptions, stags, small family partys, etc.. She will not provide liquor. However, a customer will be able to bring their own. So I am trying to determine all the potential risk for this insured? What I have found so far is that I can of coarse get her a GL policy but no one will do the self serve liquor. My thought is if she required the customer to purchase event insurance if they will have liquor and name her as an additional insured would that be enough? Thanks
