Small towns and rural.. Don't care for the big city and cannot stand sitting in traffic.

Go where there is snow. Most agents migrate toward warm weather which makes leads tougher and competition rougher.
Much better if you go north.

No way.. It is worth paying twice the price for leads to live in the sunny south..

College football,especially the SEC !
Great beachesand mountains not very far away
Mild winters and friendly folks
Butter beans,cornbread,sweet tea

For most all of us,if not all,living in the south just means more.

And barbecue. Southerners fight over which state has the best barbecue. I’ve never had bad barbecue anywhere in the south. Up north they grill hamburgers in the back yard and call that barbecue!
