I am a P&C/ lha agent in La. We recently upgraded our management system to ams360 and so far I live it. I'm wanting to put in place some standard- workflows/procedures for my agency so everyone is doing the same thing the same way. I've looked into a few companies that offer manuals but the 1 I liked I can't get her to return phone or email. Karen Simms with Simms consulting offers a manual based on 360 with workflows and procedures based in best practices per position etc . Anyone know of another company that offers this that will actually return phone calls?
