I've been waiting 3 years for the Evil Empire to cancel my contract with them, due to non-production. They haven't done it yet.

I have never had a problem with Cigna, UHC or Humana. When it does slip up it is easy to correct.

Anth/Well BCBS is another story.

I have been trying to get 5 AOR's processed dating back to October of 2009. So far have not been paid on any of them. They claim they did not get all the paper work. I send it to them again. Then they want new signatures since the date on the form is over 60 days old.

I discovered that with Anthem last year. In my case I was on the medical history page too long and that page timed out. Once that page times out and you complete the online application Anthem will receive the application information but the broker information is no longer attached to the application. Anthem then requires you to have the client fill out the AOR.
