I have the opportunity to get a good deal on a 2 sided billboard for $200 per month.

I am in a small town (about 6,500) people. The sign is on a 2 lane highway and lots of traffic passes by on a daily basis.

Not sure if it's not worth the money, but I want suggestions on what the billboard to say.

Thinking "Guaranteed Acceptance Life Insurance" or something to that effect. Thanks in advance....

"Need Burial Insurance?"
Call 1-800-123-2342

White or yellow background, with red or black text.

Don't clunk up your board with more than what I wrote. Anything more is a waste of cash.

I was thinking the people that think they are uninsurable as well.....
Cancer? Stroke? Heart Trouble? Diabetes?

Guaranteed Acceptance Life Insurance

thoughts? or do I just target burial insurance

I would think more success keeping it simple:
Burial Insurance-
Call (xxx)xxx-xxxx

...Point is breaking even (or better) is sufficient in assessing the long-term usage of the marketing medium.

...If I lose money, I consider moving on.

JEM -- I'd highly recommend you do a drive-by of the actual billboard before putting your money to work. Make sure it isn't shrouded by kudzu and foliage.

Maybe you can plaster the text on the image of a coffin.

I have driven by the sign and the location is great, I called because I really liked the location and there was a phone number on it that I called
