except -

I distinctly heard the dude say "members" not applications/policies.
So 15/5 once you hit 100 members for the year.

Wonder if this starts over every damn year?

I believe Anthem is also 100+ "insured" or "issued" policies.

Also, did I read a bit ago that Anthem CA has instituted a 15-day rule on new IFP 1/1/11? Start date holds for 15 days after approval date.

Per phone call this morning, renewal premiums to be paid on original premium only, no commission on premium increases.
