Any suggestions as to what company would offer BOE for two MMA gym owners that also teach MMA classes?

Ed, have you looked at Asurrity. I think I saw where the would accept karate instructors.

This is an old thread, but I doubt Assurity would take them. Theyd say they were "athletes" most likely.
