Bulletin Board

I am looking to create a community bulletin board on my website. Need something simple, either a template or "drop in" HTML coding as my programming skills are very limited.

The bulletin board will allow me to provide a brief description & link (email and/or URL) to clients who are business owners. I might possibly expand it to include Q&A (who do you know that . . .) kind of search engine where anyone looking for a handyman, mortgage lender, auto mechanic, etc. can find a possible resource.

The Cragslist kind of format comes to mind. Initially at least there will be little or no need for a search engine. I found this site but dont know enough to determine if anything here is useful or not.

I was hoping to learn from you. No one else on this forum has the same level of expertise in this field as you.

Problem is, back in 2006 we were a free country. Now, I am not so sure.
