EDIT: whoops---someone before me already mentioned this!

whichever style you choose, definitely put your picture on it, and include your pic in all emails and attachments.

I just got 500 cards with magnets on the back printed for $75
plus shipping. People love stuff they can stick to the fridge.

that's a good price for 500 magnets! what company did you use?
i paid over 25cents a piece for my magnets ( includes shipping ). but they are high quality, let me tell you. I use a local company here-but i may shop around next time i need to re-order.

Make the cards with large font and be conservative.

Put a magnet on the back and tell them to put in on the fridge.

A business card's effectiveness in getting new business is likely overrated anyway IMHO.

I agree with the magnet. When I worked for Humana we sent the magnet business cards with a calendar around the holidays. One of the smarter things I think Humana had us do. Let to many referrals, even years down the road, I would go back in a clients house and see my magnet there.

We keep this kind of simple, it is a post Apple iWorld, anyway, isn't it?

Name, address, and contact info for us. That's all we need. Our cards are not our advertisement, our clients are. Our cards are contact info.

The one indulgence we place on our cards is the NAIFA member logo. Since we qualified for Soaring Eagle LPRT this year, we might find a way to add that also.
