Here were my highlights

Announcement of which carriers in the exchange...mid may
Announcement of rates.....early july
No tabacco rate ups for CA, other states up to them
Approval of MARKET commish done. His example was if
carriers are averaging 6-7% then SHOP will match
33 carrier applicants being considered for approval
The cutoff for small/large group is 50 FT ee's not equivilants. Other states can view this differently
60 day wait period max
Although the 22k navigators to be hired has been thrown around, they are expecting about 2k
Driving for and think they can achieve a 15 min online app experience

and for fun...180,000 new med codes for our DR friends instead of the current 30,000 including 18 seperate codes for a mosquito bite

I love this part. Hopefully these 15 minutes includes the "subsidy eligibility" front-end of the application process. Since CA is a leader on several fronts, other states may follow.
