Can I export my Sunfire client records?

My current FMO gives me access to Sunfire under the FMO's own branding and I have dozens of clients set up there. My FMO is going away. My new FMO will also give me access to Sunfire under their own branding. Is there any way to export my client database and then import it again once I have access through my new FMO? I looked around the interface and I didn't see any way to do it. Has anyone gone through this? Thanks!

Unless your new fmo is with the same master fmo like integrity or Amerilife I've always heard no

Perfect example of why you should keep your records outside of any FMO who offers these "extras". I use my FMO's platform, but I also have a completely separate system where I keep client records. As a matter of fact, I have two. I use Radius Bob and Search and Save

Is this where using search and save will help?

At this point, I'm not sure what FMO really brings me over direct appointment other than Sunfire and Quote Engine.

You should store client info/data in your own FMO neutral database (I use Zoho CRM).

For Rx's, I use search and save also.

Then the enrollment platform won't matter as much since it's simply seen as your "application" center so to speak.

I'm going to actually be testing Health Sherpa's enrollment platform soon since it is also FMO neutral.

Search & Save? Please explain. Thank you.

It's a program where you enter their Rx list and it saves it. This way you remember that John takes Furosemide.

Also can do provider search (I have not used that feature much yet).
Is it still slow as hell ? I'd have switch to that years ago if there interface was nicer and it was fast
