Can I switch from a direct contract to an FMO?

If I'm currently contracted directly with a carrier, is it possible to switch and get contracted through an FMO instead?
 
You'll have to get a release. :twitchy:
That's a question in all my yrs I've never seen . That's because so few agents are contracted direct why leave outside better comp . But yes the carrier would have to release you . The carrier would be giving up 30% override letting you go under an fmo

I saw it several times. Usually with SNL. Hard to get them to release too.
