Hey everyone,
The reason I am asking if anyone knows the answer, is because I already have an agency, but was recently approached by another agency owner, to make a new company and partner with them. My situation is, is it allowed to make a separate company with this agent, separate apptointments,bank accounts, etc, and be able to keep my current company individual?
Any advice on this would be appreciated. I am contacting the california dept of insuarnce, but im #37 in line on the phone right now, and Im not sure if the person I speak with will be able to answer my question.
