Captured Agent Selling Outside the Captured Agency

Thanks for the quick reply...yes they do here, forgot about that.

But, how would they know to even check? They have 10 captured agents, does someone from the office sit there and go thru the DOI website each week or month to check? Seems a little counter-productive really if they do!

Yes, they litterally do.
They have to protect their investment

I check my agents every few months. We have about 35. I would consider it stealing from me if one of my agents violated there contract and licensed around me. Instant termination and loss of commissions. Unethical of them at the very least.
