I suggest you smack the greedy jerk in the head for trying to profit on his dear old mom's death!

She's gonna die anyway. May as well not do it for free. I've had people with terminal illnesses buy GI coverage when we were putting in group life then transfer ownership to friends that otherwise had no insurable interest.

No, it's one reason I carry life insurance. I've had clients with terminal illness buy it simply because they could when we put GI life in-force on a large group.

One friend of mine said while at a funeral "I may have 1 foot in the grave but I'm here & will have fun until I'm not". He also would have bought expecially if he knew that he were terminal.

All you really need to do in order to get a great deal on your life insurance is to die soon.
