Changes in Medicaid Spenddowns - Is your state affected?

We've noticed a lot of changes on the types of policies being allowed for Medicaid Spenddowns in multiple states. Less plans (and types of plans) are being allowed to assist clients. We're working towards a solution for agents to utilize, but trying to narrow down what all states have been affected? Are you doing spenddowns? What state(s) have you written policies for spenddowns? Have you noticed changes in policies being allowed? Do you have any product(s) that you've found helpful in the Medicaid Spenddown market? Appreciate any/all information!
