Have a friend of a client who is dissatisfied with Humana agent. Teleagent signed them to a plan. She has been unable to get any help with her questions and has called me several times for assistance. I have explained I have limited ability to help her. She would like to switch to me to be her Humana agent. We called Humana together and she requested her agent be changed to me. Customer service said there was no need for her to change she could use any agent to help her with questions. She told them repeatedly she wanted to change and they finally told her she could try calling CMS to get them to change it. I don't need this woman's renewal business, but I genuinely want to help her. With Humana's new AOR protection pledge is there now not any way for a client to request the agent they want?
