Changing Banks Accounts ?

I'm getting various feedback from different sources.

How difficult is it to get the Bank Accounts changed for Insures with Healthcare.gov?

What is the best way to go about getting this done.

Every carrier tells you to call healthcare.gov. Makes it really easy on the GA's and the Companies.

Moves, change of address etc. inside the same zip code and payment changes such as bank account can be done with the carrier.

In my experience you can't get this right. You have about a 10'% chance of the carrier not screwing this up. I'd try first to see if they can keep same account and cya when guiding them through this mine field

Aetna payment changes can be made by the client through Aetna Navigator

UHC payments are made through their payment portal: https://uhcexchangebilling.com/Cobraapp/logon.aspx

Humana payment changes can only be made only by the client by calling Membership and Billing, they won't accept agents to do this by phone

Assurant payment changes can be made by the agent by calling broker services

Don't know about Cigna and Coventry and won't even begin to explain how to deal with Florida Blue.

Humana has myhumana.com where you can do ebilling and cigna too mycigna.com , coventry has a payment site as well tho havent tried it yet.
