I'm guessing they must of had a very limited response.
Starting to have clients call me because Cigna is calling them.
They are trying to get them to authorize transfer to Medco Manufactures Life instead of staying put with Cigna Health and Life.
For some reason they really want this to happen. They are being so tight lipped. Kinda raising my Spidey Senses. Sale to Blue Cross in the works.

Yes. I have someone asking me should she take the transfer, but that's difficult to determine pros and cons for her.

So if your state has an Anniversary or Birthday Rule I don't see that it makes any difference. You can't get stuck in a dead pool.

If your state doesn't it could be big. My guess is most people stay with the Big name Cigna Health and Life pool. Who wants a horrible name like Medco Manufactures Life?

Georgia. And can't pass underwriting. I agree with regard to most people sticking with CIGNA

I tried to move her a couple of years ago but she declined it at the time.

It appears the Medco is a new subcarrier for Cigna in or coming in selected states. Her current plan is closed book of business
