Class Rates

Is there are standard for how each age group is priced (i.e, 18-25, 26-39, etc.) or is it up to each individual company in their respective state?

There's no standard. Companies can make it up as they go. There also doesn't have be a rhyme or reason to the rates - if a company doesn't want too much business in a state they just jack the rates through the ceiling.

Or they can just pay really low commission rates, for most that will work as well!
