Closing Strategies

Anybody can become a closer with training.

#1 confidence- write out a script of a very broad generic convo to hook prospects into lead pipeline. White out common objections, look into the mirror and practice your response like the expert you are and make sure they understand your the specialist with strong confident voice and let them know straight up you won't be the cheapest out there but you will provide the best service 24/7 thoroughly explaining their policies in-depth (if need be, 99% of time if ur confident they won't even question UR skills. Still good to inform them of major advantages over current policy make them more comfortable about spending $ to switch).
#2 - probing Questions once commitment rcvd-- Doesn't matter if it's the avg Joe or owner of large corporation.. Speak to prospects as if you were a friend.. Match their personality- I only sell to commercial clients and once I began 'keeping it simple' and not speaking as if I was having a contract negotiations meeting with a large national conservative business corp.. I became more fluid/natural less sounding like I'm reading 'script reading' and let my personality shine-thus close deals

#3 - Own The Sale-- Act like they're already a client.. Don't lie when asked if your their current agent or with the current company. Say no, that's why I'm calling you because even though their a great co I specializ in this specific market..

#4 - stay focused and Guide The Sale Towards Close- What card do you want to put this on? Right when your explaining proposal (2nd touch). If they are like whoa kinda pushy, say 'I am not wasting your time nor mine so when do you want to finalize thjs?' Get an exact time frame or follow-up date.. Regardless I throw all prospects into a list and call em weekly over 5-week span and take em out as dead deals after that..

#5 persistence! 45% of salesman never follow up
79% of your leads will never close
8 out of 10 sales are closed between the 5th - 12th follow up.
Make sure you have 12 follow up statements so your not calling about same thing- same pitch.

#6 implement a closing Culture w/ CRM system in place. 68% of companies admit they do not have an organized way to nurture a lead.

Continue education on sales books.. Those stars are facts-- just google it. Take an average Joe and have them follow the system developing into stone cold closers! Wolf of Wall Street.

I listen to grant cardone but he's a bit aggressive which I do like.
Boiler room- There's a sale made on every call, either you or the guy on the other line of the call. Who's going to get The sale?
