I know what Frank is doing and I doubt he will put it out on a public forum but let me ask you this have you called all the medicare aged people in your area that are NOT on the DNC list? So... get the same list and stop by in person and introduce yourself and the work you do.
It isn't that hard!
I guess cold calling works if you do it long enough. I found it a lot easier when I have people pre-sold on me and call or email me for more information.
