Common Concessions when Buying Book?

What are some common concessions to ask for from the seller when buying a book of business?

Not really such a thing as a common concession. Location, carriers, mix of commercial/p&c, etc all factor into things. What you might want to do is talk to some agents in that same market and get a feel for what their take is on it. I know agents that got a deal on paying more than 3x and some that got a raw deal on paying 1.5x.
