Confused about Use of Electronic SOAs

I keep all my info in RadiusBob. I don't print files.

Rbob has the easiest SOA. You're already entering in their info as they are a lead so when you hit "send SOA" it auto populates yours and their info.
I have an email template that I send clients with instructions but they just click one box and sign. You don't have to sign. It's already there and the SOA auto saves to their file.

2 questions

Do you ever have any issues with the mouse type sign Box seems small to get a full sig in there and it does not seem easy to get a legible signature is this a concern or does any squiggle type sig work?

and 2 for same-day appointments we are supposed to put same day and reason does not seem to be a way to do that on RB scope is this doable?

If these are non issues I would probably switch to this from now on

actually the same-day appointment I can just put in under Initial Method of Contact that is fine

My only question left is about the signature structure as stated in the previous post, what's your thoughts on this is it a nonconcern?

I haven't had any complaints about the size of the box. But yes, if they use a mouse, it doesn't look great. That doesn't matter to me, it's not forgery.
Here is what I send clients that want a PDP
"
Hello,

You should receive another email from me asking you to complete the Scope of Appointment Form.
Once you open the email, click on the blue link that says, "Click Here To Complete Scope of Appointment Form." Then, click on the box that reads, "Stand-Alone Medicare Prescription Drug plan (Part D)."
Please sign your name in the box below that section, and then hit submit on the bottom of page 1. "

Fair enough will be a lot easier and quick to do than the current Escope I am using by a mile

I love that it saves to file

I use UHC's SoA. It's really fast and easy.

Yeah, me too. I'm of the old school, and since 98% of my business is F2F, I use UHC's scope. Nice thing about it is that it does not require initials in the products-to-be-discussed area -- check marks or Xs are fine.

And since most of my MAPD business is UHC these days, they, like Cigna, no longer require us to send the scopes in. Just scan to PDF and save on computer.

Now my out of state clients, that's a different story. I usually know what carrier will be used and then do the proprietary scope. But it seems lots of older beneficiaries have trouble doing very simple tasks, like opening an email and responding to it. If I have learned anything at all in this biz, it's patience.
