Covered CA 138% of FPL limit is wrong

Covered CA has the following income limits. But it seems that the math is wrong. 138% of FPL is computed incorrectly (it is closer to 145%) whereas 150% of FPL is correct. Any idea what is happening here?

Yes, FPL amounts get adjusted mid year. Look for updated 138 fpl levels

You are right. for 138, 213 etc, they use the latest FPL level, but for 100, 150, 200 they use the previous year FPL level. At the bottom of this page, it makes this clear: https://www.coveredca.com/pdfs/FPL-chart.pdf
