As I am 58 and a Advisor, I feel I bring l more value to the table than most.

"Advisors" generally work for a fee. If your income is dependent on how much you sell, you're a salesperson!

Considering Allstate for the Marketing angle.

As one who has performed this role successfully in the past, I can tell you that this is solely dependent on what agents will work with you. It ain't easy.

Add to that the older agents are resentful this is being crammed down their throats.

I just got a recorded phone call from them trying to recruit. You have to ask yourself, if it was such a wonderful opportunity would they really need to do this?
