'round bout October I saw the writing on the wall as t relates to shared internet leads. With the economy being flooded with new layoffs I knew from experience that it was only a mater of time before these unemployed white collar folks got into the health insurance game and knew when that happened the shared internet lead game as I once knew it was bye bye.
The internet lead game is not going away. Even with the influx of new agents I realized internet shopping was going to continue to be the go to form of sales. How was I ever going to keep the pressure on and stop fighting with all the bozos with a newly printed insurance license and zero knowledge and experience. Leads being sold to 15 agents when I was told only 4 would get it. Then the goofy credit policies being implemented by lead venders. How the hell was I to win this game?
Well, here is what I did. Because I had built a friendship with one of our little buddies form this forum, he had decided to exit the health insurance market and focus on his pashion, website strategy and optimization. Dave Miller decided to use me as the test rat for website development. I agreed and said let's do it.
So where are we today? First page middle position on both of my major keywords on Yahoo, second page top position on goggle and moving up fast.Should be on first page with goggle within a month. Top position on on several other low major key words. The leads are now flowing. I could not be happier..... He did it!
Now, keep this in mind. Texas is by far the toughest market to crack as it related to health insurance website searches. Most states only have about 16 million sites when you do searches for my terms. Texas has about 47 million. Also, we attacked to major keywords, not some little mickey mouse easy keywords.
Ok, yes, this is a cheesy endorsement for Dave Miller, but look, he deserves it.
Now, the key, listen to what he says, do exactly what he says. Be patient.
So, to Dave Miller, THANK YOU HOSS!!
