Just spoke with DC Health Link after they screwed up my 924th case. Apparently they no longer have a broker service number, only an email that you can hope to eventually get a reply from. In DC, you HAVE to buy through the exchange even if not applying for a subsidy. 100% done selling there, not worth the hassle. Hopefully none of you will ever have to deal with the incompetent idiots who run that exchange.
