5 star just changed..they check both.
Continental doesn't check either.
Security National only checks Scripts.

What's the diff between script check and MIB check?

Script check shows prescription meds. MIB shows hospital stays and insurance companies they have applied with.

Yes, the MIB is made up of insurance companies. They report back to MIB what they find, via APS, hospital stays, high risk vocations and (I believe) even traffic violations. There are others, but again, I fighting with insomnia and I'm half awake.

Not just "insurance companies they have applied with", MIB reports underwriting outcomes. Issued preferred, rated, declined, etc.

As long as you vet the proposed insured carefully they are fine.
