You got one of three right. Work coverage will allow one to refuse Part B without penalty if it qualifies. Retiree and TriCare will not. And the term is creditable, not credible.They are ONLY enrolled in Part A automatically at age 65 if they worked for 40 quarters. They have the right to refuse Part B -- they have credible Part B coverage through work, retiree insurance, Tricare.
