Dolphin Power Dialer Vs. RingCentral

This site has been a great resource for me just starting in FE. I'm in the process of acquiring a power dialer (Dolphin) to contact leads. I've been using RingCentral for years and pay monthly for an office voIP phone through them that also forwards incoming calls to my cell when I'm in the field.

Wondering if I even need to continue paying RingCentral for phone services if I'm going to get a local or toll free line (voIP) with this Dolphin system. I am as green as they come in this business as well as regarding internet phone services so any input would certainly be appreciated. Just not sure if incoming calls into the Dolphin system can also be forwarded to me while in the field.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have purchased leads...some from people in this forum. I've done reasonably well so far with the TM and DM leads I've purchased.

Just looking for a way to generate some of my own leads so as not to be so dependent on purchasing as many. If I can cut down a little in overhead, I don't see that as wasting my time.

Uhhh, if you dont have system like the dolphin to call your leads you are shooting yourself in the foot. If I had to hand dial the hundred leads a month it would be numbing. Plus you need a crm for follow up, which is why I like the Dolphin dialer.
Be careful of the either or mentality..
How do you enter DM leads into the Dolphin Dialer?

All I get emailed to me is a pdf scan of the leads that came in. In the time it would take to enter those onto a spreadsheet, I could have just picked up the phone and hand dialed them.

I think there's another thread on here where the consensus on generating FE leads by dialing is a waste of time. (especially single line dialing)

You can save on overhead by not spending money on things you don't need.

Skype works just fine for contacting leads. So does your cell phone.

I can honestly say that I don't know of a single agent that does field sales, that uses a dialer to dial their leads.

My appointment setter does, but she also loads all of my and the 10 other agents she calls for.

All of the agents who I know that set their own appointments...just pick up the phone and dial.

I think they are making the mistake of calling a list of names, leads. :goofy:
