Dual Eligible Question

I'm meeting with dual eligible today.
I won't know exact details till appointment, but he's complaining of getting a bunch of bills after seeing doctors.
I'm assuming he's either on a spend down or seeing doctors that don't accept medicaid...correct?

It sounds as though you need to verify his specific eligibility.
