:goofy:Even if agents are Authorized representatives on the account for 365 days and there is a tracking of a password reset request that has failed, agents can no longer due to HIPPA (per HC.Gov Call center) request user accounts be unlocked or passwords be reset. However the agent representative can CANCEL coverage over the phone.:goofy:

No...I accomplished the end result which was getting the plan canceled for the consumer. Too busy to call and speak to 5 know nothings.

Just figured I'd pass this total nonsense on to the community.
