E&o for Less, Anything Good to Say About Them.

I hope NO ONE "experiences" their E&O coverage. That being said - they are a forum sponsor with their own sub-forum.

One aspect I do like is they'll cover you regardless of the amount of income you earn. Others have tiered income where the more you earn, the more you pay.

Lol, poor choice in words on my part.

Seems like a good company then. I'm pretty green to the actuarial sciences, but have experience in the rate of return world. I do find quite a few differences and some basic commonalities. I'm assuming as a broker that my choice in carrier is purely up to me and not my independent firm, am I safe to think this way? I'm aware this is a question that I should be having at the office, but things are a rumbling and we are going through some changes. Those including career and broker contracts; people going and staying- that type of drama. Just wanted to gleam off experiences here.

Any advice is welcome. Thank you

You need to clarify this.

Just go with e&o for less. E&o should be one of the least of your worries.

The answers are good unless you plan on selling more than just life and health. Some plans charge extra for annuities and/or other risks.

If you are contracted and use Medico you can get E&O for $435 (I think that's right) that covers anything you can do with a L&H license. Otherwise the same carrier has many affiliations. I pay $460/yr. and never have to worry about what product is covered.

I'd hate see someone write a $250K annuity and not have E&O coverage.

This would help keep costs down. Thanks guys for the approval. Definitely looking into them.
