EFax

I use Ring central and honestly, All I have is good words for them. I have the whole service and it's great. VOIP is the future!

Yeah, plus the prices are cheaper than most others. Not even a friend of mine (local) can come close to their prices for their VOIP plans. I had to direct him to the site and he compared feature for feature and couldnt even bad mouth them. IT department is very helpful as well.

Yes, their IT department is very helpful. Quality as well.

I pay less than $5. per month for unlimited incoming fax. What do you pay for ring central? How is the sound quality on the voip? Any delays or outages on the voice?

It would have to be a big differance for me to give up the Phone Company. Hate them but they do what they do well.

Thanks

Pay 54.00/mo unlimited. No delays, sound quality is perfect, crystal clear. (make sure you have a reliable internet connection. I use ring central with my dialer provider and it's perfect.
If you want to learn more, just go to their website so you can see all the features and benefits. I'm happy that's all I can say.

It is not unlimited, it is 5,000 minutes (read fine print).

*Fair usage limits apply on all plans. Fair usage is defined as 10,000 minutes per user. Usage that exceeds 10,000 minutes per user over a thirty-day period will be billed at 3.9 cents/minute.

This is the fine print. It's 10k. over 6 hours a day in a 24 working days/mo
IMO this is plenty, sorry if I was not specific enough. It's not unlimited. its Ten thousand minutes a month per line. :D

I stand corrected. I am trying to find my old printout stating 5,000. I could of sworn that when I had the $99 plan with four lines I had a 20K minute limit and I messed around with the sales lady of "umm it says Unlimited". Reminded me of those cell phone commercials. Still more than enough minutes for my operation.

I want to go to an internet fax. I will be forwarding a toll free fax number (printed on cards and stationary) to the new efax number.

Looks like ring central, myfax and efax are the players. With email we do not get the number of pages we used to. However with more companies allowing faxed apps we are faxing more.

What are your experiances with these or other comapnies?

MyFax is the best deal. I use efax now only because they will not allow me to port my number...
